With these documents users are offered two models of computer equipment contracting: (1) Computer equipment leasing contract, model contract for financial leasing by which the leaseholder is entitled to use a specific good supplied by the financial lessor in exchange for the payment of periodic rents, with the possibility, once the contract has expired, of returning or purchasing it on payment of a sum of money as residual value. (2) Computer equipment renting contract: model contract by which the leaseholder acquires the right to use a certain good, including maintenance and repair services, etc and which has been supplied by the lessor in return for the payment of periodic rents.
