With this contractual document, and after having completed it, the user manages to comply with the basic legal requirements laid down in the Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and of Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE) and the Organic Law 15/1990 on Personal Data Protection (LOPD), as well as in the Regulation of Development of the LOPD.
