This guide includes a detailed analysis on how to act when publishing information or documents in the Internet, the content of which threatening the right to privacy and personal data protection, in conformity with the current legislation. Likewise, the responsibility of content and access providers will be analysed in the event of a violation of the above mentioned rights, as well as the identification of the risks users may face as regards their privacy, honour and reputation when using new technologies.
