This report offers the quarterly evolution throughout the year 2009 of the results on fraud online and e-trust obtained through our Panel of Internet using households. Also it constitutes the first one of the series of quarterly reports.

In this way, these periodical diagnoses will allow to carry out a monitoring of the phenomenon of the fraud online from the point of view of the users in Span, obtaining the perception of the Internet users of the fraud online, their e-trust in the Information Society services, the typology of the used techniques of cheating, the percentage of failed and successful attempts of fraud, the suffered economic impact and the response of the victims, for example.
