The report describes, from the Internet user’s point of view, the evolution of the events related to online fraud from 2007 to the third quarter of 2009, and their impact on users with respect to both economic issues and degree of e-Trust.

The diagnosis is completed with the information from the Online Fraud Repository, which compiles technical information from the incidents detected by INTECO.
