The XBRL standard facilitates the transmission and analysis of financial and business information. It is an opportunity that is promoted by the public and private sector in Spain and other various countries.
XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) is an open standard, based on the XML Internet standard, and has been defined to facilitate the transmission and analysis of financial and business information, so that it can be used by any person, in any place and in any language. In addition, it allows for the advanced automation of the information supply chain, facilitating the access to the contents of the different management reports and allowing for the dynamic use of the information. It is an advance towards a better transparency of the markets.
