R&D&i

The R&D&I Department of the Centre of Reference for Accessibility and Web Standards works for the implementation of lines of research in the Internet technologies area that are aimed at the study and innovation in the field of accessibility.

Currently, it focuses its work on the development of a Web page editing system, which will allow users, without previous training in Web accessibility, to create accessible Web pages.

This work has won the Complutense-Microsoft award of Accessible Design. The award promotes the creation of products focused to eliminate any type of technological barrier to the Information Society.

We are looking for CMS developers interested in including this new editing system in their products. On these pages, you will find all the information necessary to study the system. In addition, we would be pleased to provide assistance or answer your questions when contacting us (accesibilidad@inteco.es).
